This time we will let you take a peak at the vehicles section of the catalog, on a spread showcasing the evolution of the Road Ripper. The image on the left page appeared first on Tomart’s Action Figure Digest, scanned from a laser copy of the art. The one appearing in the catalog has been scanned from the original painting by Ted Mayer, and printed full page so fans can appreciate every brush strokes.
The third spread will be revealed the week after San Diego Comic Con.
The folks at Bootlegs of the Universe, a facebook page and website created byJohn Santagada (formerly of DC Direct and Mezco) and Hex Evo (KO-Messiah) have recently revelead their plans to release a large, high quality hardcover coffee table photo art book to celebrate the entire world of MOTU bootleg, encompassing Vintage to New Adventures to 200X and from every country of manufacture. BOTU will be founded through a Kickstarter campaing, due inin January 2013.
The Power and The Honor Foundation applaudes and fully supports this awesome project and all member are excited to hear more news and details.
